Cancellation of any order is to be done within 8 hours of the final order made after which it cannot be cancelled.
Return/Refund policy : The products purchased at jscraftersworld.com does not have any return/exchange policy unless there is breakage of the products provided video is submitted regarding the product as soon as package received.
The amount of product for breakage will be sent back to your account/will be detucted with your next billing confirming on which you would like to work upon .
Payment/Shipping policy : Once order is placed we will contact you within 1 or 2 working day. Shipping charges are calculated extra to your booked/billing amount and will be sent to your mail id.
Shipping of products it’s through professional courier, St courier and India post( provided parcel weight is above 500grams through parcel service)
Provide correct details and pincode so parcel reaches safely. Delivery time depends on location and courier you have choosen so choose accordingly.
Products will be shipped only on complete payment for the order and shipping will be done within same day of payment made when done by 4p.m.
Tracking parcel has to be done by yourselves and it takes min 1 day to max of 10 working days depending on location and mode of shipping.After 10 days if it hasn’t reached u can give us a complaint to [email protected]

Discount policy : Discount depends only on the quantity of the product bought and doesn’t not depend on no of times orders are placed it will be done seperately along with final billing if any.
The product from clearance and wholesale won’t be taken in discounts and return.
