Return/Refund policy : The products purchased at jscraftersworld.com do not have any return/exchange policy unless there is breakage of the products provided a video is submitted regarding the product as soon as the package is received.

The amount of product for breakage will be sent back to your account/will be deducted with your next billing, confirming which you would like to work upon.

Payment/Shipping policy : Once the order is placed, we will contact you within 1 or 2 working days. Shipping charges are calculated extra to your booked/billing amount of products and will be sent to your mail ID as final billing on which the amount has to be paid.

Shipping of products is through St. courier and the India postal service.

Provide correct details and pincode so the parcel reaches safely. Products will be dispatched only after payment. Processing time might vary from 1 to 2 days working. Shipping won’t be done on Saturday and Sunday and government holidays. Delivery time depends on the location.

Tracking parcels has to be done by yourselves, and it takes a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 10 working days depending on location and mode of shipping. After 10 days, if it hasn’t reached, you can give us a complaint at [email protected] or on our WhatsApp.

Payment is through online transfer and GPay.

Discount policy : Discount depends only on the quantity of the product bought and does not depend on the number of times orders are placed; it will be done separately along with final billing, if any.
